WHO WE ARE.The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVP) Grenada is a non-profit organization closely affiliated with the Catholic Church. The SSVP focuses on meeting the needs of the poor and marginalized within the state of Grenada. There is a local membership of over 250, organised within thirty-three (33) conferences, operating in all parishes statewide. These conferences are grouped within five (5) Particular Councils, under the leadership of a National Council and National Executive.

Established in 1921The Grenada Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVP) was established in April 1921. During its 99 years, the Society has passed through various phases of structure and functioning. Currently the Society has a national council and five local councils referred to as Particular Councils. Twinnage arrangement are with two affiliates:
